Every move is calculated. Your precise shipping cost is determined at checkout based on your location and the specifics of your order.

How long does delivery take?

A good game takes time. Delivery typically takes between 3–30 business days, depending on your location on the map.

What is your return policy?

Each order is a committed move. As every item is made specifically for you upon order, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind or incorrect choices in size or color. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

We'll correct the position. If your order arrives with a flaw, please contact us at hollow.supply.coo@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. Include photos of the issue, and we will make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Once a piece is moved, the game is in play. Our production process begins very quickly to get your order to you efficiently—often within 2-4 hours. For this reason, we can only accept cancellation requests made before an order enters production. Once it begins, the move is locked in, and we are unable to cancel it.
